USER AGREEMENT

This Pacific Auto User Agreement ("Terms") applies to your access and use of the website, mobile applications, widgets, and other online products and services provided by PCauto and its affiliates (referred to as "Pacific Auto"). If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of another legal entity (including a corporation or government), you represent that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

1. Your Use of the Services

Pacific Auto grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use and access the Services only as permitted by these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice. Any future releases, updates, or additional supplements to the Services will be subject to these Terms, which may be updated from time to time. You agree that we shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Services or any part thereof.

2. Your Pacific Auto Account and Account Security

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create a Pacific Auto account ("Account") and provide us with a username, password, and certain other information about yourself as stated in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account and for any actions taken in connection with your Account. You must maintain the security of your Account, and if you discover or suspect that someone has accessed your Account without your permission, you must immediately notify us.

3. Third-Party Content, Advertisements, and Promotions

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services, which may be posted by advertisers, our affiliates, our partners, or other users ("Third-Party Content"). Third-Party Content is not under our control, and we are not responsible for any websites, products, or services they offer. You use Third-Party Content at your own risk, and you should conduct any necessary investigation before engaging in any transactions with such Third-Party Content.

The Services may also contain sponsored Third-Party Content or advertisements. The type, extent, and targeting of advertisements may change, and you acknowledge and agree that we may place advertisements when displaying any content or information (including your content) on the Services.

4. Prohibited Conduct

In accessing or using the Services, you must respect others and their rights, including complying with these Terms and Content Policies, so that we all can continue to use and enjoy the Services.

In accessing or using our Services, you shall not:

Create or submit content that violates our Content Policies or attempts to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we use. Use the Services in violation of applicable laws or infringe any individual or entity's intellectual property or any other proprietary rights. Attempt to access other users' accounts or the Services (or connect to other computer systems or networks connected to the Services) without authorization. Upload, transmit, or distribute any computer viruses, worms, or other software intended to disrupt the expected operation of computer systems or data through the Services. Collect, gather, compile, or assemble information or data about the Services or users of the Services unless permitted by these Terms or a separate agreement with Pacific Auto. Use the Services in any manner that may interfere with, damage, negatively affect, or prevent other users from enjoying the Services or damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the Services. Intentionally interfere with any user's ability to edit or delete their content on the Services. Use any automated system to access, query, or search the Services, except through interfaces we publish and subject to applicable terms. However, we conditionally grant permission to crawl the Services for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indexes subject to the parameters set forth in our robots.txt file.

5. Copyright

Pacific Auto respects the intellectual property of others and requires our Services users to do the same. If you believe any content on our Services infringes on copyrights you own or control, please contact us promptly.

If we remove your content pursuant to a copyright or trademark notice, and you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, please contact us promptly.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may make changes to these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the revised terms within our Services and update the effective date above. If changes are deemed significant by us, we may also notify you via email to the address associated with your account or through notifications provided through our Services. By accessing or using the Services after the effective date of the revised terms, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop accessing and using our Services before the changes take effect.

7. Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time for any reason by deleting your account and discontinuing use of all Services. If you stop using the Services without deactivating your account, your account may be deactivated due to prolonged inactivity.

We may suspend or terminate your account, moderator status, or ability to access or use the Services at any time, for any reason or no reason at all (including for violation of these Terms or our Content Policies).

8. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your access and use of the Services. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations you have under these Terms without our consent. We may freely assign these Terms.
