Rolls Royce

Rolls-Royce Motors, established in 1973 post the de-merger from nationalised Rolls-Royce Limited, was a renowned British luxury car manufacturer. Specializing in luxury vehicles, it operated under the Rolls-Royce and Bentley brands. Vickers acquired the company in 1980, eventually selling it to Volkswagen in 1998. Notably, BMW gained the rights to the Rolls-Royce trademark for automobiles, leading to the formation of a new Rolls-Royce company. Today, Bentley Motors stands as the direct successor to Rolls-Royce Motors.
