Geely BinYue L official images released, is this the future new model Proton X50?

Recently, Geely officially released official pictures of its small SUV - Bin Yue L, and announced that the car will officially go on sale in November. This model corresponds to the Proton X50 in China, and the update of domestic models in the future may follow the latest Bin Yue L. As a new member of the Bin Yue family, Bin Yue L has achieved comprehensive upgrades in terms of appearance, technology, and comfort, so there is a lot to expect .

As can be seen from the official pictures, Bin Yue L adopts a brand new design language. The front face uses a light trail design, combined with the Starlight flowing light intake grille, the overall visual effect is very outstanding. On the side of the body, a two-tone sporty body with 18-inch double five-spoke wheel designs, as well as red brake calipers, exhibits a strong sense of sportiness. The tail part, the design of the competition wind-breaking rear spoiler adds a sense of dynamism to the whole vehicle.


In terms of interior, Bin Yue L provides black/yellow and white/blue interior styles for users to choose, to meet the aesthetic needs of different users. In terms of details, the car is equipped with a 14.6-inch large screen, built-in a new smart car system, supports desktop super customization, allowing drivers to enjoy the convenience of technology and also feel the fun of personalization. In addition, an 8.8-inch LCD instrument cluster, 6-way power adjustable driver's seat, heated front seats, 540° panoramic images, and other configurations are all available, providing drivers with a more comfortable and convenient driving environment.

It's worth mentioning that the BinYue L also performs excellently in terms of configuration. The car is equipped with the ICC intelligent navigation system and other L2 level intelligent driving auxiliary systems, providing all-round protection for the driver's safety. In terms of power, the BinYue L is equipped with the new generation Geely power 1.5TD engine, with a maximum power of 133kW and a maximum torque of 290N·m. It is matched with a new generation 7-speed wet dual clutch transmission, which allows the car to accelerate from 0-100km/h in just 7.6s, with a fuel consumption of only 6.35L per 100 kilometers.
