Currently, Mazda 2 has two models available for choice in the Malaysian market, they are the different types of sedan and hatchback. Both models are priced the same, RM 108,670, and come with five years of after-sales service with unlimited mileage. So, with the same price, how should one choose between the two models?

2023 Mazda 2 Hatchback 1.5L: RM 108,670

2023 Mazda 2 Sedan 1.5L: RM 108,670

About the Mazda 2 Dimension, the Mazda 2 Sedan model is positioned as a C-Class vehicle, which performs better in terms of space than the Mazda 2 Hatchback's B-Class vehicle positioning. The specific parameters are 4355mm in length, 1695mm in width, 1470mm in height, and a wheelbase of 2570mm. In terms of exterior color selection, Mazda 2 provides a wide range of choices for consumers, including six colors to choose from.

In terms of appearance, Mazda 2 has always been known for its unique Kodo design language, giving it a delicate and dynamic feeling. The front face adopts a family-style design, with a large-sized air intake grille connected to the sharp front lights on both sides, creating a visually impactful effect. The body lines are very smooth, extending from the front lights all the way to the tail lights, creating a dynamic posture ready to go. The design of the tail is comparatively full and rounded, forming a stark contrast with the sharp front face.

In terms of power performance, the engine parameters of the two Mazda 2 models are the same, both are 1.5L NA, as shown in the figure.

It is worth mentioning that the safety system performance of the Mazda 2 Hatchback model is better, and will be equipped with Seatbelt Reminder, Autonomous Emergency, and Collision Warning that the Sedan model does not have. Therefore, consumers who pay more attention to safety reminders or intelligent devices can choose the Mazda 2 Hatchback model.

The BYD Atto 3 costs at least RM149,800, and even if BYD lowers the price by RM20,000, Proton can still ensure the price advantage of the eMAS 7. That is to say, the pricing of Proton eMAS 7 is very smart. The eMAS 7 has launched two versions:Proton e.MAS 7 Prime priced at RM109,800Proton e.MAS 7 Premium priced at RM123,800Th
