This car is going to replace Mercedes-Benz GLB and take the place of Mercedes-Benz EQB, with its official debut slated for 2026. The front face of the new Mercedes-Benz GLB somewhat resembles the design of Mercedes-Benz GLC. Its new headlights adopt a streamlined shape, with the upper part an in-line daytime running lights, and the lower part, a lens headlight on both sides. The classic Mercedes-Benz grille will continue to be retained, but the detailed design may be greatly different from the current model. The vehicle is equipped with a panoramic sunroof, and the roof rack will remain.

The rear of the new Mercedes-Benz GLB no longer appears as wide as the existing model. The new tail light looks peculiar, resembling some smart models. The turn signal and brake lights are all vertically positioned on both sides of the car light, with the brake light similar to the number "7" in shape. The rear window still offers recommendable vision.
