【PCauto】Toyota has launched the all-new Corolla Cross in Europe, making subtle adjustments to both its exterior and interior while maintaining its classic appeal.
On the exterior, the new Corolla Cross features a honeycomb-pattern front grille that not only enhances aesthetics but also improves airflow to the engine, blending functionality with good shape.

The advanced Adaptive High Beam System (AHS) is now available on higher trim levels, ensuring optimal visibility under various driving conditions.
The redesigned front and rear headlights are distinctive, with the central light and LED light guide strips on the inner lenses evenly illuminating the entire surface, creating a striking and high-quality look.

The taillights come with fins that enhance the vehicle's visual identity while improving aerodynamic performance, boosting stability and handling.

Inside, the all-new Corolla Cross has undergone practical and thoughtful enhancements.
The cabin adopts a modern, refreshing design style, featuring a new gear shift knob and a larger center console that elevates the interior's quality and functionality.

New smartphone storage areas, sliding storage boxes, and redesigned cup holders take user convenience into account, making storage within the car more organized and accessible.
All models are equipped with the latest wireless charging technology, significantly improving Android connectivity and charging speed to match Apple CarPlay levels, providing a smoother smart connectivity experience.

Moreover, the Toyota Smart Connect multimedia and infotainment system now includes a 10.5-inch high-definition touchscreen (up from the previous 10.1 inches), with a 12.3-inch fully digital instrument cluster as standard across most trim levels in European markets.

For higher trim models, upgraded ambient lighting, a heated steering wheel, and heated seats further enhance comfort.
Beyond aesthetics, the new Corolla Cross boasts several upgrades in performance and safety.
It offers two hybrid powertrain options, Hybrid 140 and Hybrid 200, continuing Toyota's legacy in hybrid technology and achieving a perfect blend of versatility and efficiency.
The Intelligent All-Wheel Drive (AWD-i) variant introduces a new Snow Extra mode, improving the vehicle's stability and handling in snowy and challenging conditions.

The newly introduced GR SPORT trim is aimed at consumers seeking a sportier driving experience, featuring exclusive design elements such as 19-inch black alloy wheels, a distinctive front grille, and a gloss black Toyota emblem. The interior offers BRIN・NAUB® synthetic leather seats adorned with GR logos and red stitching, amplifying the sporty ambiance.

Additionally, the GR SPORT variant features a specially tuned suspension that is lowered by 10mm, optimizations to power steering and paddle shifters, as well as a unique Sport Mode, all designed to enhance driving enjoyment and excitement.

In terms of safety, the Toyota T-Mate system is standard, integrating the third-generation Toyota Safety Sense with advanced driving and parking assistance systems, capable of supporting over-the-air software updates for user safety.
The all-new Corolla Cross is set to hit European dealerships in the summer of 2025, with the GR SPORT trim expected to be released in the fall.
