NETA is a Chinese pure electric vehicle brand that is launching its global strategy. NETA Auto (Thai) Co., Ltd., in partnership with Bangchan General Assembly Co., Ltd. (BGAC), announced that right-hand drive electric vehicles have been assembled in Thailand. The first NETA V-II model officially rolled off the production line at the Thai factory and made an appearance at the Bangkok Auto Show.
The headlights of the NETA V-II are narrower and the upper part is in a rising posture. The design underneath the front bumper is sharper, which shows a stronger sporty sense. In terms of size, referring to the dimensions of NETA V in China, the length, width, and height are 4070/1690/1540mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2420mm.
The silhouette of the body side remains agile, it is decorated only with simple lines. It also applies blackening to the C-column to create the effect of a floating-look model. Additionally, it is equipped with a multi-spoke 16-inch wheel hub. The tail is also rather minimalist in design, with a unique tail light shape and extensive blackening, which makes it easily recognizable.
The straight lines of the NETA V-II run through the entire center console without the traditional instrument panel button layout, which is a common design style for new energy vehicles. The design of the dashboard is also relatively unique, like a long strip, mainly used to display vehicle status, temperature and other information. The floating center control screen measures 14.6 inches and displays richer content with the overall resolution and display effect improved.
In terms of power, referring to the Chinese version, the NETA V Pro is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor, which can output a maximum power of 70kW and a peak torque of 150N·m. According to official information, the acceleration time from 0-50km/h is 3.9s, and the top speed can reach 120km/h.
