Proton S70 is a compact car that was officially launched in November 2023. It was produced at the Proton's Tanjung Malim factory and offers four configurations: Executive, Premium, Flagship, and Flagship X with prices ranging from RM 73,800 to RM 94,800. 1.Vehicle Weight
In terms of vehicle size, the length, width, height and wheelbase are all 4602mm, 1809mm, 1466mm and 2627mm. However, there is a subtle difference in the overall vehicle weight. The overall vehicle weight increases from the Executive to the Flagship X, from 1300kg to 1319kg. The difference in weight may come from the different configurations, but the maximum difference is only about 20kg, which has little impact on car acceleration ability.
2. Safety Configuration
The Flagship and Flagship X versions of the four variants of Proton S70 are fully equipped in terms of active safety configuration and passive safety configuration, whereas the slightly basic Executive and Premium versions are missing to varying degrees, lacking Blind Spot Info System, Lane-keeping Alert, Autonomous Emergency Braking and Collision Warning in active safety configuration.

The four models of Proton S70 have basically the same passive safety configuration, except that the 2024 Proton S70 1.5T Premium model lacks ISOFIX configuration alone. 3. Intelligent driving
The four models of Proton S70 are equipped with two types of cruise control. The two basic models, Executive and Premium, are equipped with cruise control, while the higher-end Flagship and Flagship X will be equipped with ACC. ACC is the abbreviation of Adaptive Cruise Control.
In addition, in the parking camera part, the basic model Executive does not come with functions, while the Premium comes with a rear camera, the higher-end models Flagship and Flagship X are equipped with a 360-degree camera.
