Honda Civic/City/HR-V/DR-V/CR-V, September car purchase discounts: multiple models reduced price!

One nation, triple the happiness, triple the rewards! This is the slogan of Honda's promotional policy in Malaysia in September this year. So what is the actual discount policy? Which models will be discounted and bring benefits? This article will specifically explain to you.

Honda has a total of 11 models on sale in Malaysia. The models that offer discounts this time are up to six, namely Honda civic, Honda city, Honda HR-V, Honda WR-V, Honda CR-V and Honda city hatchback. The discount duration is from September 1st to September 30th. This article will explain the models individually based on the original price and discount policy.


1.Honda civic

The Honda civic currently has four models on sale in Malaysia, with prices ranging from

RM 131,900 to RM 167,900. The fuel consumption of the three fuel models of the Honda Civic is 6-6.3L/100km, while the fuel consumption of the e:HEV 2.0L RS hybrid model is 4L/100km. Although the fuel consumption of the hybrid model is excellent, the maximum speed is 180km/h, which is lower than the maximum speed of the other three fuel models of 200km/h.

2. Honda city

Honda City currently has five models on sale in Malaysia, with a price range of RM 84,900 to RM 111,900. The fuel consumption of the four fuel models of Honda City are all 5.6L/100KM, and the fuel consumption of Honda City 1.5L e:HEV RS hybrid model is 3.6L/100km. Similarly, the maximum speed of the hybrid model is lower than the fuel model, at 177km/h; the zero-to-hundred acceleration time is faster than the fuel model, at 3.6s, as shown in the figure.

Honda HR-V currently has four models on sale in Malaysia, with prices ranging from RM 115,900 to RM 141,900. The fuel consumption of Honda HR-V's three gasoline vehicles is 5.9—6.5L/100km, and the fuel consumption of Honda HR-V RS e:HEV hybrid model is 4.1L/100km.

4.Honda DR-V

There are four models of Honda DR-V on sale in Malaysia, with prices ranging from RM 89,900 to RM 107,900. Unlike the fuel and hybrid models mentioned above, Honda DR-V is a pure gasoline model, and the fuel consumption performance of different models is the same, at 5.9L/100km.

5.Honda CR-V

The Honda CR-V currently has four models on sale in the Malaysian market, with prices ranging from RM 159,900 to RM 195,900. The fuel consumption performance of the three gasoline models of Honda CR-V is 7-7.5L/100km, with not much difference. The CR-V 2.0L e:HEV RS hybrid model has a fuel consumption of 5L/100km. The R-V 2.0L e:HEV RS hybrid model has an average fuel consumption 2L/100km lower than the gasoline models, and the highest speed is only 13km/h lower than the gasoline models, which is 187km/h. Currently, there are five Honda City Hatchback models on sale in Malaysia, but this offer only covers two petrol models, priced at RM 85,900 and RM 112,900 respectively. The fuel consumption and zero to one hundred acceleration time of the two models are the same at 5.6L/100km and 10.7s respectively. The only difference in power performance is that the top speed of the E model is 195km/h, 1km/h more than the 194km/h, the difference is not significant.
