The World Artificial Intelligence Conference will be held from July 4 to 6 this year at the Shanghai Expo Center in China. The electric car company Tesla will present the latest research results of the humanoid robot Optimus at this conference. It is reported that Optimus has now been able to perform tasks in factories, and it is expected that more than 1,000 Optimus humanoid robots will be working in Tesla factories by 2025.
On June 14, Tesla officially revealed the development of Optimus, indicating that Optimus is already being tested in Tesla's factories. According to the images, the humanoid robot Optimus is already walking in the factory, and is able to perform simple assembly line production tasks, which shows that the operation process is quite smooth.
In addition to bringing the latest progress of Optimus to this AI conference, Tesla will also show their Cybertruck and the latest achievements of FSD (Full Self-Driving capability).
