From purchasing my pickup to dealing with the service department, I've encountered nothing but headaches with this dealership. My 12-year-old Toyota sounds better than my new car, and I'm surprised that Ford hasn't addressed the issues with this franchise.

First pay for the service and wait as long as you can. I'm sorry Ford is giving away franchises to incompetent garages. Now I don’t want to buy a Ford anymore knowing that this garage will try to do something to my car. I don't recommend it.
