    This service centre always don’t bother to pick up their phone. U can try call more than 10 times and nobody will answer

    Staff is friendly, customer waiting lounge is nice, with good free wifi connectivity. Just that not much parking space in the vicinity.

    A lady on the desk named Katrina is very efficient. Friendly and helpful. But one of the lady in the showroom is quite stiff and not friendly at all, lacking of customer service skills. Car sent for service did not recieve car wash and excuse given was 'not enough time'. just a little bit infor before coming here.

    If no booking, need to wait for a while until 2 hours. So, please do booking first. But, got customer lounge and nice sofa to rest so it's alright then.
