2024 Beijing Auto Show: NETA L is about to Debut

Before the opening of the 2024 Beijing Auto Show, our front-line reporting team photographed the physical car of NETA L in the pavilion. The new car has just officially launched, currently launching four models, with a price range of 129,900-159,900 RMB (about 666,000 baht—820,000 baht). It is worth mentioning that the version of 129,900 RMB (about 666,000 baht) is currently only priced, and it will be officially launched in August; if you book the 310 flash charging red version of 159,900 RMB (about 820,000 baht) before May 31, you can enjoy a cash discount of 5,000 RMB.

In terms of appearance, NETA L is built with a relatively simple design language, the headlight group combined with the triangular air inlets on both sides of the front of the car forms an X-shaped design, and a trapezoidal air intake grille is integrated at the lower surround. The interior of the grille comes with chrome-plated dot matrix decoration, which looks sharp and exquisite as a whole.

On the side of the car body, NETA L adopts a two-color car body, a smoked black roof design, combined with a raised waistline, so it looks as if it is ready to go. The “Hot Wheel” style five-spoke wheel set fits perfectly with the brand name Neta. In terms of vehicle size, the length, width, and height of the new car are 4770/1900/1660mm, respectively, with a wheelbase of 2810mm.

In terms of rear-end design, the taillights adopt a family-style design, further widening the visual width of the rear-end. Paired with an upturned spoiler, the rear end appears rather sporty.

In terms of interior design, the NETA L interior adopts a wraparound layout. The cabin is equipped with two 15.6-inch screens and the central control screen extends to the co-pilot position. With the addition of the Qualcomm 8155P chip, it can provide a smoother audio and video entertainment experience. The light-colored interior has a decent overall texture, with its seats featuring a diamond pattern design and headrests adorned with the NETA logo. In addition, the new model will offer Fordi Brown and Moon White as two interior color options.

NETA L will offer the currently popular "fridge color TV big sofa". Specifically, the independent compressor refrigerator with a capacity of 6.6L has a temperature control range of -6°C-50°C, and its small table hinge is sturdy with a decent texture. Thanks to the lowest temperature of -6°C in the onboard refrigerator, it's possible to keep ice cream frozen, a valuable feature for a mid-sized SUV priced around 150,000 Yuan (approximately 769,000 Baht).

In terms of driving assistance configuration, the new model will be equipped with NETA AD automatic parking assistance, which supports full voice control. At the same time, the new model will also come with a highly practical 50-meter trace reverse function. In addition, the company has also revealed a "Qiankun Circle" exclusive large model. Nowadays, technology brings convenience even at this price point.

In terms of power, the NETA L extended-range model will be equipped with a 1.5L four-cylinder extended-range system, with a compression ratio of 14.9:1, a thermal efficiency of 40%, and a maximum power generation capacity of more than 60kW. It can use 92 petrol. The drive motor's maximum power is 170kW, with a peak torque of 310N·m.
