The BYD Seal was exhibited as expected at the 45th Bangkok Motor Show. This car currently has a good reputation and sales in the Thai market due to BYD's outstanding technological highlights, such as its blade battery, etc.

BYD Seal is the first model built on the e-platform 3.0, it is equipped with CBT battery vehicle integration technology, iTAC intelligent torque control technology, electric drive boost charging technology, etc. It is also BYD's first model to adopt the front double wishbone and rear five-link independent suspension, and provides options for rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive, making it Tesla Model 3's strongest competitor.

The exterior design of the BYD Seal remains consistent with its Chinese version, which features a youthful and sporty overall look. The body is sleek with sharp lines, and it's slightly larger than the Model 3, measuring 4800/1875/1460mm in length, width, and height respectively, with a wheelbase of 2920mm.

The interior continues the marine aesthetic design, and  the car is equipped with a 10.25-inch full LCD dashboard, a 15.6-inch adaptive rotating screen, a three-spoke flat-bottomed multi-functional steering wheel, and an electronic shift mechanism made of crystal material. In terms of intelligence, it is equipped with the latest DiLink intelligent network connection system, which supports 5G network connection, multimedia language system, etc. In addition, there are intelligent driving assistance systems, such as lane departure warning systems and RCTA and RCTB, which are proactive safety functions for dealing with intersections.

As for the range, the BYD Seal's pure electric endurance range is 510km-650km. It offers a four-wheel drive version and a two-wheel drive version, with a 0-100km acceleration time of 3.83 seconds in the four-wheel-drive version. In addition, the battery capacity is 82.5kWh, and the maximum power of the motor system is 390kW. It is also capable of super-fast charging and can charge from 30% to 80% in just 26 minutes, with a charging power of up to 150kW, yet it also supports 11kW slow charging.
