At the 2024 Bangkok Motor Show in Thailand, XPeng, a Chinese brand, brought its mid-size pure electric car, the XPeng P7i. In terms of appearance, the XPeng P7i adopts a minimalist design style. With the support of the official "Interstellar" design language, the flat car head creates a low-lying visual effect, and the elegant four-door coupe body posture cooperates with the frameless door design. The tail of the car continues the separate light design of the car head, which plays a role that the design corresponds to the front and back.

The overall body advocates efficient aerodynamics, such as a drag coefficient of 0.236Cd, a high length ratio of 0.297, a front and rear axle load ratio of 45:55, and an ultra-low center of gravity of 460mm. In terms of body size, the length, width, and height of the XPeng P7i are 4888/1896/1450mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2998mm, which is much larger than the Tesla Model 3.

It is equipped with a combination of a 14.96 floating touch screen + 10.25-inch full LCD instrument, and is equipped with hidden air outlets. Standard features include silent electric suction doors, Nappa top layer genuine leather seats, a multifunction steering wheel with a heating feature, and an aromatherapy system.
In terms of intelligence, it is equipped with the Xmart OS 4.0 smart car system, built-in with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, supporting four-zone voice wake-up recognition, visible speech interaction, 4G network, remote control via mobile app, in-car KTV, and more.
In terms of intelligent driving, the Max version of the Xiaopeng P7i is equipped with dual Orin-X chips and dual laser radars on hardware with computing power reaching 508TOPS, and the Pro version comes standard with a single Orin-X chip. The whole car includes 31 sensing elements including laser radar that can realize 360° sensing ability. In particular, the Max model is equipped with a new generation of XNGP intelligent assistant driving system, XNet deep vision perception system, capable of implementing groundless maps, point-to-point intelligent driving functions, including urban NGP intelligent navigation assisted driving, enhanced version of highway NGP intelligent navigation assisted driving, enhanced version of LCC road center assist, and many other intelligent driving aids.

In terms of power, the Xiaopeng P7i offers single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor four-wheel drive, of which the single-motor model has a maximum power of 203 kilowatts (276 horsepower), peak torque of 440 N·m, and 0-100km/h acceleration time of 6.4 seconds. The dual motor model has a system power of 348 kilowatts (473 horsepower), peak torque of 757 N·m, and 0-100km/h acceleration time of 3.9 seconds.
In terms of range, the new car offers a capacity of 64.4 kWh iron phosphate lithium battery pack and 86.2 kWh ternary lithium battery pack, with CLTC cruising ranges of 550km, 702km, and 610km (four-wheel drive) respectively. Perodua Traz VS Ativa, which one is more worth buying?
Traz, as a newly launched mid-sized SUV, offers more spacious room and mainstream power compared to small SUVs, but its pricing appears slightly higher than that of Ativa. Ativa, on the other hand, is Perodua's long-time best-selling small SUV with more affordable pricing and a balanced combination of power and tech features.

Perodua Myvi and Bezza may undergo major upgrades in 2026
After the update, the Bezza will no longer be just a low-cost alternative but a core model in the Perodua system with greater market competitiveness and brand premium potential. The upgrade of the Myvi is not to be unconventional but to strengthen the brand and market, ensuring that the Myvi continues to maintain its irreplaceable position in the new round of product competition.

Perodua Traz VS Toyota Yaris Cross, where does the Traz fall short?
Before the official launch of the Perodua Traz, market expectations were actually very high because it shares the same DNGA platform as the Toyota Yaris Cross. However, sharing the same platform does not equate to the same experience, and the Traz's final performance has indeed been disappointing. Perhaps it is precisely because of the delayed launch that it has almost no competitiveness in the current competitive environment.

Will the Toyota Yaris Cross come to Malaysia? If it comes, how much will it sell for?
The launch of Perodua Traz indicates that the market size of small SUVs in Malaysia has been expanding in recent years. However, the question naturally shifts back to Toyota. As a brand with the most comprehensive product line and a strong foundation in both the SUV and hybrid sectors, will Toyota choose the Yaris Cross to participate in this small SUV competition?

Why is the Toyota Sienna so popular with so many people?
In Malaysia, most family MPVs choose Toyota Alphard, Vellfire, or Kia Carnival. These models each have their advantages in luxury, space, or brand influence, but models that truly balance large space, multifunctional practicality, fuel efficiency, and reliability are rarely seen.
