Recently, the new Tesla Model Y test car appeared in Spain, marking this model's first appearance outside of the United States and confirming that the new car will be simultaneously produced at the Berlin Super Factory. At present, the Tesla Model Y on sale in our country offers three models to choose from, with the price range being RM 199,000-288,000, positioning it as a C-class SUV model.

According to previous information, the new Tesla Model Y models might have a linked light group at the front and back, and changes to the front and back car lights will be the focus of this model upgrade. At the same time, the interior of the new car will align with the Tesla Model 3, including canceling gears and turn signal levers, employing a new steering wheel, and adding carbon fiber decorative panels, etc.

In terms of power, the new Tesla Model Y is expected to carry on the power of the current model. The rear-wheel drive version has a maximum power of 220kw, a maximum torque of 440N·m, and a 0-100km/h acceleration of 5.9 seconds; the long-range all-wheel drive version has a maximum power of 331kw, a maximum torque of 559N·m, and a 0-100km/h acceleration of 5 seconds; the high-performance version has a maximum power of 357kw, a maximum torque of 659N·m, and a 0-100km/h acceleration of 3.7 seconds.

There are reports that the new Tesla Model Y will be equipped with a 95kWh large battery pack, which will be used in the long-range and performance versions, which is a 26% increase compared to the 75kWh battery of the current model. The new vehicle will offer better energy efficiency management as well as aerodynamic performance. It is expected that the new Tesla Model Y long-range all-wheel drive version equipped with the new battery pack can exceed a range of 800km.
