Official Images of Lynk & Co Z10 Releases: 800km Range, 0-100km in 3.5 Seconds

Recently, Lynk & Co officially released the Lynk & Co Z10 Exceed Black official photos, the new car is expected to start pre-sale on August 15. Previously, Chen Xiaofei, Deputy General Manager of Lynk & Co, replied to a netizen saying that the price of this car is expected to be slightly higher than that of the Xiaomi SU7, but the price-performance ratio will be dramatically improved. For reference, the price range of the Xiaomi SU7 is RMB 215,900-299,900. As the first pure electric sedan under Lynk & Co, the Lynk & Co Z10 is based on the SEV haohan intelligent pure electric architecture, and is positioned as a medium and large pure electric sedan. The air drag coefficient is only 0.198Cd, it is equipped with a double-cavity air suspension, and the pure electric endurance of CLTC exceeds 800km.

In terms of appearance, the Lynk & Co Z10 adopts Lynk & Co's second-generation design language and is  equipped with The Next Day family-style front face. The car combines the design elements of Lynk & Co 07 EM-P and Zeelr 007, and the iconic "Dawn Light Daytime Running Light" is very personalized and recognizable, which integrates the three functions of width indication, daytime running and turning. The "Aurora Thin Headlight" at the bottom has a style similar to that of Zeekr 007, it incorporates 414 RGB LED lights, which is capable of displaying 256 colors. In addition, the new car also has an active air intake grille that can automatically open/close according to the situation and cooling needs.

The side of the car body adopts a fastback-style design, and the ABC pillars and roof adopt a black design, which can lower the visual center of gravity of the entire vehicle. In addition, the new car is equipped with 21-inch wheels, frameless doors, hidden door handles and hidden water cuts, the drag coefficient is only 0.198Cd.

In the rear part, Lynk & Co ZERO uses the family's iconic dotted-through taillights, and the taillights can change color, which displays a very cool pink-purple gradient effect. In terms of body size, the Lynk & Co Z10 measures 5028/1966/1468mm in length, width and height respectively, the wheelbase is 3005mm, which is comparable to the Zeekr 001 on the same platform. In terms of color matching, the new car offers three paint options: Fluid Grey, Dawn Blue, and Dawn Red. All are relatively youthful and personalized colors that fit its sport sedan positioning.

In terms of the interior, the Lynk & Co Z10 adopts a minimalist design style and offers two shades of interior: Dawn and Early Morning. It is equipped with a 15.4-inch floating large screen, a 12.3-inch narrow and elongated sci-fi supercar instrument, and the steering wheel uses a dual D-shaped design, which is inspired by the control device of a starship. In addition, the air vent of the new car is equipped with 59 LED beads above it, which can be linked with dozens of scene light effects inside the car and creates an aurora-like dreamy atmosphere.

In terms of intelligence, the new car is equipped with the Meizu Flyme Auto in-car system. The system integrates the most powerful calculation platform, the Makalu chip, which is 1.8 times more powerful than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chip. As for the power, Lynk & Co Z10 adopts pure electric drive. Based on a high-performance 800V architecture, it offers single motor rear drive and dual motor four-wheel drive options. The maximum power of the single motor is 200 kilowatts and 300 kilowatts respectively; the maximum power of front and rear motors of the dual-motor models are 270 kilowatts and 310 kilowatts respectively. The official claims the acceleration from 0 to 100km is only 3.5 seconds. In addition, the new car is also equipped with an AI digital chassis, and comes standard with double cavity air suspension and CDC electromagnetic suspension.

In terms of battery life, according to previous declaration information, Lynk & Co Z10 will provide a battery pack with a capacity of 71 kWh and 95 kWh, and the CLTC pure electric battery life is 602km, 766km, 806km and 702km (four-wheel drive). Also, a 15-minute charge can supplement the battery life by 573km.

With the launch of the Lynk & Co Z10, it fills the gap in the pure electric market for Lynk & Co and the absence in the medium and large sedan market, which further improves the product matrix and offers consumers a richer choice. The price of this car is expected to be between the Geely Galaxy E8 and Zeekr 001, and it will compete with models like the Xiaomi SU7, Zhijie S7, Tesla Model 3.
