ORA sold 34,477 units overseas in May, up 37.19% year-on-year

On June 3, GWM released sales data for May 2024. In May, GWM sold 91,460 new cars. Of these, 24,649 were electric vehicles, increasing 3.66% year on year; 34,477 were sold overseas, raising 37.19% year on year; and 23,935 units priced over RMB 200,000 were sold, a significant increase of 34.48% year on year.

ORA, an electric car brand under GWM, was formally established in 2018. ORA sold 6,005 new cars in May with a cumulative sales volume of 25,720 units from January to May. ORA focuses on the BEV market, and 2024 is a big year for ORA as they roll out new high-quality models like the 2024 GOOD CAT and the 2024 GOOD CAT GT Mulan Edition.
