Geely Haoyue
Geely Auto, the seventh-largest automobile manufacturer in China, achieved 1.328 million sales domestically in 2021 and globally sold over 2.2 million cars, including 17,926 plug-in electric vehicles in January 2022. Geely produces and sells vehicles under its own brands, such as Geely Auto, Geometry, Livan, and Zeekr. Additionally, it operates foreign-located subsidiaries, including Volvo Cars, Polestar, Lynk & Co, Proton, Lotus, London EV Company, Ouling Auto, and Farizon Auto. Notable acquisitions include Volvo Cars in 2010, London Electric Vehicle Company in 2013, and a majority stake in Lotus Cars in 2017. In September 2022, Geely acquired a 7.6% share in Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc. Geely's business is organized into five sub-groups: Geely Auto Group (Geely Auto, Lynk & Co, Proton Holdings, Lotus), Volvo Car Group (Volvo Cars, Polestar), Geely New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group (London EV Company, Yuan Cheng), Geely Group (New Business, including Caocao, Terrafugia, Qianjiang Motorcycle, Joma, and other new ventures), and Mitime Group (ZGH educational institutions, motorsports, and tourism). With global operations across the automotive value chain, Geely is involved in research, development, design, production, sales, and service, showcasing a diverse portfolio and international presence.
