BYD Sime Motors is celebrating its 2nd anniversary on December 8 with a special promotion. The first 1,208 customers who pre-order the BYD ATTO 3, BYD Dolphin or BYD Seal can enjoy a promotion worth up to RM35,000 during the event. The promotion includes discounts, 0% interest financing, home chargers, service packages and more, valid from October 18, 2024 to December 8, 2024.

BYD ATTO 3
The 2024 BYD ATTO 3 is only available in one Standard model in Malaysia, priced at RM 149,800. Previously, there was also an Extended model available. Both models are equipped with a 7kW onboard AC charger, with the Standard model supporting 70kW DC fast charging, while the Extended model supports 80kW DC fast charging.

The BYD ATTO 3 is equipped with a 150kW (201hp) single motor, with a maximum torque of 310Nm and a 0-100km/h acceleration time of 7.3 seconds. The Standard model is equipped with a 49.92kWh battery, while the Extended model is equipped with a 60.48kWh battery. The WLTP-rated range is 345km and 420km, respectively.

BYD ATTO 3 offers six airbags, ABS, ESC, traction control, EBD, downhill control, front and rear parking sensors, 360-degree camera, automatic parking, automatic emergency braking, front collision warning, adaptive cruise control, rear collision warning, blind spot monitoring, door open warning and rear cross traffic warning.
BYD Dolphin:
BYD Dolphin offers two models in Malaysia, with price ranges from RM 100,000 to 124,900. Both versions support 7kW AC charging, the Standard version supports up to 60kW DC charging, and the Extended version supports up to 80kW DC charging.

The BYD Dolphin Standard is equipped with a 94hp (70kW) electric motor, maximum torque of 180Nm, 0-100km/h acceleration time of 12.3 seconds, 44.9kWh battery pack capacity, and a WLTP range of 340km. The BYD Dolphin Extended model is equipped with a 201hp (150kW) electric motor, maximum torque of 310Nm, a 0-100km/h acceleration time of 7.0 seconds, a 60.48kWh battery pack, and a WLTP range of 427km.
Notably, BYD Dolphin comes with a 6-year/150,000km warranty, and the high-voltage battery and drive unit are covered by an 8-year/160,000km and 8-year/150,000km warranty respectively.

The BYD Dolphin adopts the "Ocean Aesthetics" design concept, featuring smooth contours, through-type LED headlights, and geometric tail light design. The interior offers a two-tone combination and is equipped with leather seats, electronic parking brake (EPB), keyless entry and ignition, portable card key, etc.
BYD Seal:
The BYD Seal offers three models in Malaysia, priced between RM 163,800-199,800. The new car comes with a 6-year or 150,000 km factory warranty, an 8-year or 160,000 km battery warranty, and an 8-year or 150,000 km drive unit warranty.

2024 BYD Seal Performance AWD: RM 199,800

The Premium is equipped with a single-motor rear-wheel drive (RWD), with a total output of 313 horsepower and 360 Nm, a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 5.9 seconds, 82.5 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, and WLTP range of 570 km.
The Performance version adopts a dual-motor all-wheel drive, with an output power of 530 horsepower and 670 Nm, a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 3.8 seconds, also equipped with a 82.5 kWh battery, and a WLTP range of 520 km.
The Dynamic version outputs 203 horsepower and 310 Nm, a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 7.5 seconds, equipped with a 61.4 kWh LFP battery, and a WLTP range of 460 km.

The BYD Seal includes 8 airbags, stability control, and a full suite of driver-assistance systems such as automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane-centering assist, traffic sign recognition, blind spot monitoring, front and rear traffic warnings, and automatic high beams.
