YangWang Broke Through 10,000 Sales Barrier

[PCauto] Recently, BYD announced that its high-end luxury brand YangWang's total sales have exceeded 10,000 units. As BYD's high-end brand, YangWang is known for its advanced technology and expensive price.

YangWang was first established on November 8, 2022. In September 2023, YangWang U8 was launched priced at RM661,918. Its e⁴ technology allows the vehicle to perform unique functions like tank turns, emergency water buoyancy, stable driving with punctured tires etc., capturing widespread attention.

Now, YangWang has built a rich product matrix. Among the models on sale, there is the flagship sedan, YangWang U7, priced between RM378,370 and RM426,570. With all-digital chassis, full algorithm control, and two core technologies - e⁴ and YunNian - Z, strong 1300 horsepower, 0-100km/h acceleration in just 2.9 seconds, YangWang U7 combines the elegance of the sedan and the performance of the supercar.

Also available model is the YangWang U9, a new energy supercar priced at RM1,012,200. Equipped with the same e⁴ technology, it can accelerate from 0-100km/h in just 3 seconds. The style of the exterior retains the design elements of the classic supercar, while the interior features extensive carbon fiber decorations and chamois full-coverage, blending luxury with cutting-edge technology.

YangWang's achievement of 10,000 sales in the highly competitive high-end vehicle market is supported by advanced technology.

Take e⁴ technology as an example. It is the world's first mass-produced four-motor drive technology. Through independent driving of four motors, each wheel of the vehicle can be precisely controlled, providing the vehicle body posture with adjustment capability.
