China's version of Cybertruck? Full of Novelty

At the 2024 Beijing Auto Show, the Changan Qiyuan E07 made its official debut. The new car will be the first pure electric model under the Changan Qiyuan brand, and it will be a pure electric mid-to-large SUV product.
But it brings together many of the highlights of a pickup, making it impressive. And some people call it the Chinese version of the Cybertruck!!
According to previous data, the Changan Qiyuan E07 has both two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive models available. The maximum power of the two-wheel drive model is 252kW, and the power of the front and rear motors of the four-wheel drive model are respectively 188/252kW.

The Changan Qiyuan E07 is based on the Changan CD701 concept car which debuted earlier. After mass-production processing, the front face of Qiyuan E07 adopts a closed middle grid with through headlights, the lower surround adopts a black smoked-out design, and the side air diversion grooves, combined with a black smoked wheel design appears more sporty.


Regarding body size, the length and width of the Changan Qiyuan E07 are 5045/1996mm respectively, with three different heights, 1640/1665/1695mm, and a wheelbase of 3120mm. The rear uses the currently popular large fastback coupe design, equipped with ringtail lights, and a horizontal light group on both sides, echoing the car head design. Finally, a roof rack is fitted on the top of the car. And the new car will be equipped with LIDAR, which is expected to have advanced autonomous driving features.





In terms of power, Changan Qiyuan E07 has two and four-wheel drive. The two-wheel drive is equipped with a drive motor with a maximum power of 252kW, while the four-wheel drive is equipped with front and rear motors of 188/252kW.
