DEEPAL S07 officially launched! The S07 revamped model, positioned as a mid-size SUV!

On July 25, DEEPAL S07 was officially launched with 10 models in total, including a range version and a pure electric version for selection. The official guide price ranges from 149,900 to 212,900 RMB. This new car is a modified version of the current DEEPLA S7 and adopts a brand new naming scheme. It is a mid-sized SUV and the first model in the DEEPAL system equipped with Huawei's Qiankun Intelligent Driving System.

The Design Philosophy of "Co-development Aesthetics" Continues in Appearance

DEEPA S07 is available in seven exterior colors including Black, White, Grey, Orange, Yellow, Cyan, Blue (new color), etc. In terms of appearance, DEEPAL S07 continues to adhere to the "Co-development Aesthetics" design philosophy. The overall shape is simple and dynamic, with the front face featuring the characteristic slender headlights that create a sharp look.

The most unique feature is the intelligent interactive light group on both sides of the bumper. The light group has 696 LED light sources and has a customizable interaction light effect editing function. It can project effects such as pedestrian courtesy, driving status reminders, and special scenario animations.

The body side of DEEPAL S07 presents a rich light and shadow effect through a unique surface design. The new car is equipped with designs such as frameless doors and hidden door handles, which conform to the current aesthetic. The new car's D-pillar is also equipped with a firefly breathing light, which can present a breathing flicker effect according to the charging and discharging state.

The dimensions of DEEPAL S07 are 4750/1930/1625mm, and the wheelbase is 2900mm. The new car has adopted the brand-new design of "hurricane rims", which not only improves the visual effect but also effectively reduces the drag coefficient.

As for the rear of the car, DEEPAL S07 uses a popular full-width tail light, which has a certain degree of recognition when lit. Regarding the interior, the new car offers three colour choices for users: Hoshino Green, Radiant Black, and Heatwave Orange. The central control shape incorporates elements of yachts, adopts a wrap-around layout, and is equipped with a through-style air outlet, which looks very simple.

The centre console is equipped with a floating large control screen, it uses the Deepal OS intelligent operating system and built-in Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip + 16GB of running memory + 128GB of storage. The large central control screen can be rotated left and right, with the maximum angle of each being 15°. And it contains a wealth of functions, including vehicle control and entertainment functions.

Another distinctive feature is the placement of a liquid crystal display screen in the position of the traditional visor on the passenger side, which mainly combines entertainment features such as music, videos, etc.

In terms of intelligent driving, the DEEPAL S07 is equipped with Huawei's QianKun ADS SE intelligent driving assistance system. This system adopts a pure visual solution, and the whole vehicle is equipped with multiple radars and cameras, which can realize the leading auxiliary driving in driving scenarios such as national highways and urban expressways, bringing more convenient and safe travel experience for passengers.

In terms of power, the DEEPAL S07 offers pure electric and extended-range versions. The pure electric version is equipped with a rear single-motor, with a maximum power of 190kW and peak torque of 320N·m. The CLTC range is 520km and 628km. The extended range version employs a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine as a generator with a maximum power of 70kW and a peak torque of 141 N·m. Depending on the different battery capacities, the CLTC electric travel range options are 121km, 215km, and 285km, with a maximum combined range of 1200km.

The DEEPAL S07 extended-range version also equipped with 3C fast charging, the charging time from 30% to 80% SOC is less than 15 minutes. It comes with a Golden Bell Cover Battery 2.0, which was co-developed with CATL and won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award.
