From October 1 to 6, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., you can see the Lexus LBX at the basement of the Central Exchange (TRX), the smallest Lexus SUV imported entirely from Japan (CBU). The LBX was developed to meet the requirements of Toyota's Chairman and master driver Morizo.

The Lexus LBX comes in a monochrome version and a two-tone version, with the latter being more expensive. Currently, there are two models of the monochrome version on sale in the country. Positioned as a B-class SUV, the price range is between RM 238,888 and 268,888, the high-end model has larger 18-inch rims. All Lexus LBXs come with a five-year unlimited mileage warranty and an eight-year unlimited mileage battery warranty, with an option for an additional two years of warranty.

This smallest Lexus SUV model measures 4190mm in length, 1825mm in width, 1550mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2560mm, making it smaller than the BMW X1 and Mercedes-Benz GLA.

The high-end Lexus LBX Luxury will perform better in intelligent driving, equipped with assisted driving and automatic parking features to save parking trouble. In addition, it also has a Head-Up Display to help the driver focus on driving. The high-end model is also more luxurious in terms of audio and video entertainment, with the cabin equipped with a 13-speaker Mark Levinson sound system.

The power system option of Lexus LBX is the M15A-FXE 1.5-litre naturally aspirated Atkinson cycle three-cylinder engine. This engine generates 91 PS power alone at 5,500 rpm and 120 Nm torque between 3,800 and 4,800 rpm. The driving force is transmitted to the front wheels, enabling the LBX to accelerate from zero to 100 km/hour in 9.2 seconds.
