Recently, Leapmotor announced that the first batch of Leapmotor C10 SUVs is being shipped from Shanghai, China, indicating that this model will soon be launched. Leapmotor intends to launch at least one new model every year for the next three years, and will start selling electric cars in Malaysia, Thailand, Nepal, Australia, and New Zealand in October. It is also expected to establish over 40 Leapmotor car sales outlets in India and the Asia-Pacific region by the end of this year.

Considering the sales situation of Leapmotor C10 in China, this model provides 7 configuration options, priced between 135,800 and 168,800 yuan (RM 82,000- RM 102,000), positioning as a medium-sized SUV. Leapmotor C10 offers two options of range extender and pure electric variants, both equipped with Zhongchuang's lithium iron phosphate battery. The overall range performance of the range extender variant reaches up to 1020km, while the pure electric model offers battery capacities of 52.9kwh and 69.9kwh, with a pure electric range of 410km-530km.
The powertrain of Leapmotor C10 range extender variant is equipped with a transverse 1.5L naturally aspirated engine (95PS) and a rear-mounted single-motor (231PS/320N·m), with a maximum speed of 170km/h and a manufacturer-claimed 0-100km/h acceleration time of 7.68s. The electric motor configuration of the Leapmotor C10 pure electric model is the same as the range extender variant. However, due to the absence of a range extender engine, the official zero-to-100km/h acceleration time is slightly faster at 7.29s. In terms of the suspension, Leapmotor C10 is outfitted with a MacPherson independent front suspension and a multi-link independent rear suspension.

In terms of dimensions, Leapmotor C10 measures 4739mm in length, 1900mm in width, and 1680mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2825mm. The boot capacity is 380L, which can be expanded to a maximum of 835L when the rear seats are folded down.
