[PCauto] A set of interior spy photos of the 2025 Tank 300 has been exposed on the Chinese internet. As a highly anticipated hardcore SUV, the Tank 300 has undergone significant interior upgrades this time, making it worth getting to know in advance. It is believed that the vehicle will soon arrive in our country.

From the spy photos, it is clear that the 2025 Tank 300 features a brand-new column-mounted gear shifter design. The traditional gear lever has been removed and replaced with a column-mounted shifter located below the steering wheel. Additionally, the area where the gear lever was positioned in the current model has been replaced with a cluster of physical buttons and levers, including the high/low-range four-wheel-drive lever and differential lock switches. These essential off-road controls are now centralized here, allowing drivers to operate them quickly during off-road adventures.

Moving to the center console, the new model has been upgraded with a larger screen. The current dual-screen design has been replaced with a floating central control screen, offering clearer display effects and a strong sense of technology. The larger screen size means more information can be displayed, whether it's navigation maps, vehicle information, or multimedia entertainment content, making it easier for both drivers and passengers to access at a glance.

Below the screen, there are physical buttons for air conditioning controls. This design retains the convenience of physical button operation, preventing drivers from being distracted by touchscreen operations while driving, thereby greatly enhancing practicality. At the same time, the air vents have been redesigned with a more stylish appearance, complementing the overall interior style.

The steering wheel has also been redesigned, featuring a new two-spoke flat-bottom design with multifunction buttons on both sides. These buttons allow drivers to control various functions, such as volume adjustment and cruise control, further improving driving convenience and comfort.

In terms of exterior design, the 2025 Tank 300 is not expected to undergo significant changes. Its rugged boxy shape, round headlights, and tall body have always been its iconic features, giving it high recognition. This bold exterior design not only meets the aesthetic preferences of off-road enthusiasts but also attracts attention on urban roads. The high ground clearance ensures excellent vehicle passability, allowing the Tank 300 to easily handle speed bumps in the city or rugged mountain roads in the countryside.

The powertrain for the Chinese version of the 2025 Tank 300 will remain unchanged. The fuel-powered version will continue to be equipped with 2.0T and 3.0T V6 engines. The 2.0T engine offers maximum power outputs of 167 kW and 185 kW, with maximum torques of 387 N·m and 385 N·m, respectively. The 3.0T V6 engine delivers a maximum power of 260 kW and a maximum torque of 500 N·m. The transmission system is paired with an 8AT or 9AT automatic transmission. This powertrain combination ensures strong power output, which is ideal for off-road enthusiasts, while also offering reasonable fuel consumption for daily urban driving, reducing usage costs.

With its unique design, powerful off-road performance, and rich features, the Tank 300 has already won the favor of many consumers. The upgrades in the 2025 model, especially the interior optimizations, will undoubtedly further enhance its competitiveness. It is believed that in the future, the Tank 300 will achieve even greater success in the Malaysian market, providing more consumers with an excellent driving experience.
