2025 BYD HAN DM-i upgrade: equipped with LIDAR, 2000km range

Recently, the 2025 edition of the BYD HAN DM-i real car picture was uploaded on the Internet in China. The front face of the new car is similar to the previous pure electric version, but there is a laser radar on the roof. In July of this year, BYD HAN added models have been declared in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, which include DM-i and EV power. According to the new car planning, the newly appeared BYD HAN DM-i added model is expected to use the latest DM 5.0 hybrid technology synchronously.
The fifth generation DM technology carries the world's highest thermal efficiency of 46.06% of the engine. The official claims that the lowest fuel consumption can be done to 2.9L/100km, full electricity and full fuel can achieve more than 2000km endurance. And the new upgraded blade battery energy density is up to 115Wh/kg, discharge rate reaches 16C.
According to the news announced by the new BYD HAN in the China Ministry of Industry and Information Technology:
EV version:72kWh battery, vehicle weight 2000kg, CLTC range 605km.
DM-i version:12.960/18.316kWh two types of batteries, vehicle weight 1860/1910kg, pure electric range 70/102km.
