The auxiliary driving system, also known as the driving assistance system, refers to the use of sensors, communication, decision-making, and execution devices installed on the vehicle to monitor the driver, vehicle and its driving environment in real time, and to assist the driver in performing driving tasks or avoiding/reducing collision hazards through information and motion control. This is a collective term for all such systems.
