Xiaomi SU7 delivers over 10,000 units in July! How far can Internet people go in car manufacturing?
AshleyAug 01, 2024, 12:22 PM
On August 1, the official of Xiaomi Auto announced the delivery data for July. More than 10,000 Xiaomi SU7s were delivered in July, which has been delivered over 10,000 for two consecutive months, but no specific data were released.
The official said that the delivery volume in August will continue to break 10,000, and it is expected to complete the annual delivery target of 100,000 units in advance in November. This goal was also mentioned by Lei Jun, the founder, chairman and CEO of Xiaomi, in his annual speech.
Since the delivery started on April 3 this year, a total of 7,058 units were delivered in April, 8,630 units were delivered in May, 14,296 units were delivered in June, and over 10,000 units were delivered in July. If Xiaomi wants to achieve the delivery target of 100,000 units in advance in November this year, the average monthly delivery needs to be 15,000, which is quite challenging. After Xiaomi's new round of production line optimization and maintenance, the capacity is gradually being released, and the weekly delivery volume has reached 3,900 units.
