Overview of Model Series

The 2023 Mazda CX-3 1.5L Core was officially launched during its 2022 upgrade and is now imported from Thailand. There are currently three CX-3 models available, with the prices being as follows: CX-3 1.5L Core is priced at RM 107,920; CX-3 2.0L Core is RM 118,359; CX-3 2.0L Mid is RM 131,559.

Power System

Equipped with a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated 4-cylinder engine and a 6-speed automatic transmission, it has a maximum power of 114 PS and a peak torque of 149 Nm. The 0-100 km/h acceleration time is 12.3 seconds.

Fuel Economy

In fuel efficiency tests, the CX-3 1.5L Core consumed 10.21 litres over a total driving distance of 132.6 kilometres, with an average fuel consumption of 7.7 litres/100 km.

Interior Features

Compared to the 2.0L High variant, the CX-3 1.5L Core has some differences in interior features, such as fabric seats instead of synthetic leather seats, manual air conditioning control, traditional wired Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, manually adjustable seats, and no 360-degree camera. However, it still comes with an 8-inch Mazda Connect infotainment system, a six-speaker audio system, a leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel, and a sport mode selection switch.

It comes equipped with 2 airbags, ABS, EBD, VSC, TCS, Hill Launch Assist (HLA), and Emergency Stop Signal (ESS).
