Recently, BYD officially announced the new mid-size sedan - Qin L exterior light and shadow map. The new car adopts a more youth-oriented design with a length of more than 4.8 meters and a wheelbase of 2790mm. It is equipped with a 1.5L DM-i PHEV system and a lithium iron phosphate battery pack. It is understood that the new car is scheduled to make its official debut at the Beijing Auto Show on April 25 and go on sale later this year with a starting price of over 120,000.

The front face design of Qin L inherits the classic Dragon Face design, perfectly blending Oriental style and modern technology. The LED headlights are long and sharp, highly integrated with the glowing "dragon whiskers", like the dignified eyes of a dragon piercing through the fog. The integrated design not only makes the Dragon Face more three-dimensional but also magnifies the front face's horizontal visual effect, which is very in line with the demeanor of a mid-size car.

The side of Qin L is slender and stylish. Two simple main body lines outline the momentum of a rising dragon, the roof line is full and smooth, extending into a dynamic fastback shape. The precise curvature retains sufficient seating space inside the car. The waistline is divided into two sections, the front section is drawn from the headlights and extends to the rear wheel, making the body more slender and elegant, highlighting the grandeur and luxury of a mid-size car. The back section rises from the rear wheel and merges into the rear of the car, like a jumping dragon, adding a touch of agility to the stability of the car.

From the photo, the Qin L has a wide and heavy rear end and subtly shows a low stance. The tail lights use the "Chinese knot" element that is a signature design of Dynasty Web, similar to Han and Song L. The orderly interwoven lines naturally stretch out, with clear lighting effects.
Overall, the design of Qin L embellishes Chinese elements in modern simplicity, full of premium sense, demonstrating cultural confidence while also perfectly aligning with Dynasty Web's new positioning of "mainstream, quality, and new national trend".
