Recently, BYD officially released the latest official images of its new MPV model - "XIA". Different from the previous official images, the new image adopts the new Chinese "XIA" logo instead of the BYD logo.

"XIA" has currently started blind-ordering in China and is expected to officially go on sale within the year. The price is expected to be around 300,000 RMB, this car, as a series MPV model under BYD, it which said that there are plans to also introduce it to Southeast Asia.

In terms of exterior design, "XIA" integrates Chinese excellent traditional cultural elements and cleverly combines landscape environment, creating simple and majestic car lines. According to the declaration information, the new car has a curb weight of 2780 kg, equipped with a plug-in hybrid power system composed of a 1.5T engine and an electric motor. Among them, the battery capacity is 38 kilowatt-hours, the pure electric range can reach 145 kilometers, and the combined fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is only 6.50 liters. According to Lu Tian, the general manager of BYD Dynasty's online sales business department, the car is built with the latest C-NCAP five-star safety standard, which is one of the most stringent safety standards in the automotive industry.
